Security Manager, Police Liaison Officer, Consultant and Educator Formerly the director of a provincial security agency employing 1000 staff, and a senior executive with the Provincial Safety Council. Former Canadian Forces Military Police Officer - with 30 years experience including senior appointments in national and international level headquarters and as a senior instructor at police academies in Canada and the UK. Experience with NATO in Germany; as Police Advisor in Haiti; police liaison officer in Jamaica; and in the following UN missions -- UNDSOM (Somalia), UNFICYP (Cyprus), and UNEF II (Egypt). Former RCMP Officer (S/Sgt) 34 years of service in many areas of policing, including major drug investigations and police management training.
