As part of this effort, we have introduced two major changes to our online registrant portal: you can now update your own professional summary and elections profile.

A Professional Summary is a short paragraph that provides a snapshot of your work experience. We use them to help our clients get a quick overview of the registrants whose applications we forward. We also search within them for keywords when we do candidat searches.
Electoral Profiles provide a brief overview of your work in international or domestic elections (ie. as an election observer, polling clerk, etc.). This is the first time we're using them and are sure that they will enhance our ability to search for qualified election observers
professional summary and electoral profile are key components of your file, so please update them frequently. It will require an initial effort at first, but it's worth your while as it will ensure that we don't miss you when undertaking recruitment activities.
Once you've logged-in, please also take a few minutes to review the rest of your profile and make updates wherever necessary, eespecially to languages, nationalities and current location.
