CANADEM Evaluations
CANADEM’s specialized evaluation division provides evaluation, assessment and monitoring services to bilateral, international and UN agencies. CAN-Eval's goal is to contribute to the international evaluation community through the delivery of constructive evaluations that endeavour to satisfy donor requirements, enrich international best practices, and ultimately support the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals.
Our evaluation Roster covers all evaluation methodologies and virtually all substantive areas of expertise and regional experience, as well as hundreds of languages. CAN-Eval’s Evaluation Roster can provide rapid, in-country evaluations, monitoring and assessments, as well as Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) capacity-building expertise to ensure programs / projects are carried out according to project norms, standards and obligations.
Objective Vision: CAN-Eval is a neutral, objective, third-party that provides independent, credible and transparent evaluations. We focus on "results-oriented" progress and emphasize the project best practices. As required, CAN-Eval experts also provide M&E capacity-building for evaluation departments or member countries
